An Arbor of Purple Bougainvillea in Florida

An Arbor of Purple Bougainvillea in Florida

This is a pretty card, though its colors appear to have faded somewhat over the years. I don’t recall ever seeing a Bougainvillea with so many flowers in South Florida, though no doubt they flower more easily under slightly less hot conditions (or if pruned less by your lawn service). This is a Curt Teich card, number 6B-H1013, published in 1946.
